I am happy to announce that Captain Thaddeus Brown has applied for, and accepted an offer for, the Assistant Chief: Training position. Thaddeus (I’ll call him Thad for short), came to BVA this past spring with a long list of experience and an impressive resume. Thad has been teaching intermittently for several years, managing new hires and developing training curriculum. There is also a wealth of general management experience in EMS in his resume as well. I feel that, most importantly, Thad is here because he sees BVA has potential to grow, he wants to be a part of that growth, and he wants to do it, being a part of a stellar team. BVA is lucky to have him.
